We ensure that the interpreters book their trip and hotels in accordance with the requirements of the assignment you have entrusted to us.
Our interpreters are familiar with the various remote interpretation platforms and refer to the recommendations of the AIIC (International Association of Conference Interpreters)
This is the preferred solution. The interpreters go to a HUB, which is a location with studios specially set up to handle remote interpretation. The participants are, therefore, not present at the conference or event venue.
The technique is managed by real technicians, there is less risk of breakdown or technical problems.
The interpreter works from home via one of the various videoconference or remote interpretation platforms (Zoom, Teams, iBridge, Kudo, Interprefy, etc.). Our selected interpreters are familiar with these platforms and are in charge of the technical part.
This remote solution can be considered for small meetings if it is not possible in a HUB.
Widely known as RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation), remote interpretation has developed greatly since the imposition of security measures in the fight against COVID-19. It is performed either from a specialized facility (a HUB) or from the interpreters’ homes.
We can provide quality interpretation equipment for both face-to-face and remote meetings.
In addition to recruiting interpreters, our team takes care of organizing the technical part, both for on-site and remote interpretation: equipment rental, installation, dismantling, remote interpretation, recordings of meetings, etc.
We work with several equipment installation companies specialized in interpretation and we can provide quality interpretation equipment for both face-to-face meetings (booths, devices, microphones, etc.) and remote meetings (remote interpretation platforms managed by a technical team or HUB interpretation).
